ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ವಿವರಗಳು

ಗಮನಿಸಿ: ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಅಪ್ರೆಂಟಿಸ್ (Apprentice) ಹುದ್ದೆ, ಆದರೆ 1 ವರ್ಷದ Industry exposure ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ.

ಅರ್ಹತೆ (Eligibility Criteria)

ಪದವಿ:

• ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ BE / B.Tech ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು:

  1. Civil Engineering

  2. Mechanical Engineering

  3. Electrical Engineering

  4. Instrumentation Engineering

ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ವರ್ಷ:

• April 01, 2023 ನಂತರ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದವರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಅಂಕಗಳು:

• General / OBC-NCL / EWS → 60%

• SC / ST / PwBD → 50%

ವಯೋಮಿತಿ (March 02, 2026 ರಂತೆ)

• ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವಯಸ್ಸು: 18 ವರ್ಷ

• ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯಸ್ಸು: 25 ವರ್ಷ

ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ:

• OBC → 3 ವರ್ಷ

• SC/ST → 5 ವರ್ಷ

• PwBD → 10 ವರ್ಷ

ಸ್ಟೈಫಂಡ್ (Stipend)

ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ ₹25,000 ಸ್ಟೈಫಂಡ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ:

• ₹20,500 → HPCL ನಿಂದ

• ₹4,500 → ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ DBT ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ

ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ (Selection Process)

HPCL Graduate Apprentice ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಿಶೇಷತೆ ಎಂದರೆ Examination ಅಥವಾ Interview ಇಲ್ಲ.

Selection Process:

1. Candidates’ engineering marks are evaluated.

2. Merit list is prepared based on percentage/CGPA.

3. Candidates are called for Document Verification (DV) in a 1:5 ratio.

4. Verification of all certificates: Degree, Category, DOB, PwBD if applicable.

5. Final appointment letters issued to successful candidates.

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ (Application Procedure)

HPCL Graduate Apprentice ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಹಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ:

1. ಮೊದಲು National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) portal ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿ.

2. ನಂತರ HPCL official website jobs.hpcl.co.in ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ.

3. Apprenticeship ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ.

4. ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ Submit ಮಾಡಿ.
